Vendor Liability Disclosure & Agreement

Buckets Racing Co. LLC – Michelada Madness Festival

By registering and participating as a vendor at this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All vendors participate at their own risk. Buckets Racing Co. LLC, Kansas International Dragway, event staff, affiliates, sponsors, volunteers, and any associated personnel shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property, equipment, inventory, vehicles, or personal belongings.

Vendors are solely responsible for the security, supervision, and condition of their booth, merchandise, cash, and equipment at all times before, during, and after the event.

Buckets Racing Co. LLC and all associated parties are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents involving vendors, their staff, or their property. Vendors agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Buckets Racing Co. LLC, the event venue, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the event.

Vendors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws, including safety regulations, permits, and licensing requirements applicable to their business operations.

General merchandise and non-food vendors are strongly encouraged to carry their own general liability insurance. Any vendor participating in activities that involve higher risk (including equipment use or vehicle operation) assumes full responsibility for those activities.

Food and Beverage Vendors: All vendors handling, preparing, or serving food and beverages are required to possess a valid food handler's license and must maintain active general liability insurance. Food vendors must strictly adhere to all local and state food handling, health, and safety laws, including all applicable regulations set forth by the State of Kansas and Sedgwick County.

By submitting registration and participating in the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclosure in full.
