1. General Event Policies, Admissions & Ticket Sales
NON-NEGOTIABLE POLICIES (Read Before Purchase)
- General Admission Inclusions: Your General Admission pass includes access to:
- ✅ Gold, Garages, Silver & Bronze vehicle display areas
- ✅ Burnout Pit viewing
- ✅ All Concert Areas (Except VIP)
- ✅ Kids 10 years & under enter free
- Important Restrictions:
- 🚫 NO COOLERS permitted through GA gates.
- 🚫 NO RE-ENTRY without valid credentials.
- 🚫 NO REFUNDS: Michelada Madness is a "rain or shine" event.
- Ticket Purchases and Refund Policy: All ticket and sponsorship sales are strictly final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, changes in the event schedule, vendor cancellations, or personal inability to attend the event. Please note: Artists and set times are subject to change without notice.
- Age Requirements: While the event may be open to various ages, consumption of alcohol is strictly limited to attendees who are 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID.
- Right of Refusal: Event management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the event premises for disruptive behavior, intoxication, safety violations, or failure to comply with event staff, without a refund.
2. Assumption of Risk, Liability Waiver, & Media Release
By purchasing a ticket and attending Michelada Madness 2026, you acknowledge that attendance involves certain inherent risks, and you assume all risks (injury, property damage, etc.) associated with the event, including but not limited to:
- Motorsports & Drag Racing: Proximity to moving vehicles, loud noises, and track hazards.
- Crowds & Environment: Risk of injury or illness from navigating large crowds and outdoor terrain.
- 📸 Media & Consent Release: By entering this venue, you irrevocably consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. You grant Michelada Madness and Buckets Racing Co LLC the right to use your likeness/image in all promotional media (worldwide, perpetual) and release all claims for compensation or privacy violations.
- User-Generated Content & Indemnification: You are responsible for securing all rights to any media captured or shared by yourself or your team. You grant Buckets Racing Co LLC full rights to use such content and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buckets Racing Co LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to such media.
- Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, attendees agree to release, waive, and discharge Michelada Madness, Buckets Racing Co LLC, its organizers, sponsors, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during the event.
3. Vendor and Sponsor Agreements
- Applications: Submitting a vendor or sponsor request through our website does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to select vendors and sponsors at our sole discretion.
- Payments and Deposits: Approved vendors and sponsors must submit payments by the deadlines outlined in their approval notice. Vendor fees are [non-refundable].
- Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local health, safety, and operational regulations, including obtaining necessary permits for food and beverage sales.
4. Merchandise Sales
- Shipping & Handling: We aim to process and ship merchandise orders within 7 business days.
- All Sales Final: All merchandise sales are strictly final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchased items. Please review all sizing and product details carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days at bucketsracing@gmail.com so we can address the issue.
5. Email Marketing and Communications
- Subscription: By providing your email address, purchasing a ticket, or checking out on our site, you consent to receive event updates, promotional materials, and marketing communications from us.
- Opting Out: You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of our emails.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to the Michelada Madness name, logos, graphics, and text, is the property of Michelada Madness and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your attendance at the event will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Kansas.
