OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, RHODE ISLAND, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR: The [Michelada Madness Fall Giveaway] (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Buckets Racing Co LLC, 3101 N Rock Rd, Wichita, KS 67226 ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children, and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on [September 25th 2026] at 12:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends on [Insert End Date] at 11:59 PM CT (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

• Method 1: Automatic Entry via Purchase: During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals who make an online purchase of merchandise at [www.micheladamadness.com] will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for every $1.00 USD spent. The number of entries received will be based on the pre-tax, post-discount subtotal of the merchandise purchased (excluding shipping and handling charges). Fractions of a dollar will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.
• Method 2: Free Mail-In Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, on a plain 3" x 5" card, handprint your first and last name, complete street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Mail the card in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to: Buckets Racing Co LLC, ATTN: [MICHELADA MADNESS] Entry, 3101 N Rock Rd, Wichita, KS 67226. Each valid mail-in entry will receive [TEN (10)] entries into the Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [Insert End Date] and received by [Insert Date 5 days after End Date]. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted.

5. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):One (1) Grand Prize: The winner will receive [Insert precise description of the prize, e.g., one (1) custom Michelada Madness Yeti Cooler and two (2) VIP passes for 2027]. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $[Insert Total Cash Value of Prize].

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the prize value is $600 or more, the winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value of the prize.

6. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received (both purchase and mail-in) during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about [Insert Date of Drawing, e.g., October 20, 2026] by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone at the contact information provided at the time of entry within approximately forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within three (3) days. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of the date of issuance. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, fails to return the required documents, or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. By entering, you release and hold harmless Buckets Racing Co LLC, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

9. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10. GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
